You keep the helm.
We clear the way.

Clearhelm helps owner-led businesses remove operational drag, return time to the owner, and build systems the team can run without us.

Where the day goes

You did not plan to spend the day distracted.

Nobody is short of important work. It just keeps getting interrupted. A question, an approval, a file no one can find, a job that comes back because something was missing. Each one is small. Together they take the day.

01.2

By ten, it is not your day anymore.

None of it is unreasonable, and all of it is yours. Four minutes here, a phone call there, a decision nobody else can sign. By six you have not started on the thing you got up early for.

01.3

We build the system that owns the work.

The work still happens. It just stops coming through you. The routine path runs start to finish on its own, and the few things that genuinely need a person still reach one. What is left on your day is the work only you can do.

How we work

The work comes before the tool.

Start with the last time the work came back to you.

We follow it from start to finish, find where context, approval, or ownership broke down, and agree what better would look like. Then we make the smallest change that will hold. That may be a clearer process, an existing product, or a small custom build. If you do not need us, we will say so.

  1. 01

    Follow one real example

Trace the work as it happened—who touched it, where it waited, what was missing, and why it returned to you. Establish the baseline before changing anything.

  2. 02

    Clear the path

Remove unnecessary steps first. Then use the simplest process or tool that gives routine work a clear owner and route.

  3. 03

Prove it and hand it over

Test ordinary work and exceptions, make ownership explicit, and leave your team able to run it without us.
